Kasturi Panda is an IAS of 2023 batch, was also an OAS (Batch 2021) and an alumni of NITR (2019). With a vast area of experience and knowledge, she cleared India's most prestigious exams in her second attempt with the AIR 67 ranking. What serves as an inspiration from her success is - she did it all without any coaching.She was appointed to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions under the Department of Personnel & Training in 2023.
