DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur successfully concluded its two-day event, The Career & Literature Conclave 4.0 – Sambhṛti 2025, a vibrant platform designed to nourish ideas, ignite imagination, and empower students to explore both the promise of careers and the power of words.

The conclave began with an enlightening session by Dr. Shreya Sanyal, State General Secretary, IMA-MSN Odisha, accompanied by her distinguished team of doctors from SCB Medical College and KIMS. Their discussion on “Life as a Medico” highlighted medicine as a profession of science and a vocation of compassion, service, and healing.

In another key session, Dr. Subrat Kumar Bhuyan, Professor, Sri Sri University, Cuttack, spoke on “Gen Alpha Careers, Tech & Conversations”. He emphasised innovation as the ink for tomorrow’s stories, inspiring students to embrace technology creatively and responsibly. Then came alive with “The Light of Knowledge: A Dramatic Conversation”, where students transformed literature into performance, proving that theatre is a radiant dialogue between wisdom and wonder.

A Panel Discussion on the Joy of Reading led by eminent authors and educationists, Mr. Sushil Kumar Mishra, Mr. Sujit Mahapatra, Dr. Tanutrushna Panigrahi, and Dr. Mrutyunjaya Rath, reinforced the value of reading as a lifelong pursuit of empathy, growth, and joy. The afternoon also featured an Experiential Creative Writing Workshop by author and alumna Ms. Mitra Samal, who encouraged students to see imagination as the river that carries the power to build worlds. This was followed by storytelling from Young Storyteller Master Divit Singhal of Class III, who reminded the audience that stories live on as eternal flames of memory and wisdom.

As the event progressed into twilight, the focus shifted inward with The Art of Living team led by Mr. Jayesh Daulatjada, Director ICT, Sri Sri University. Their session on the “Art of Mindfulness” guided teachers and staff towards a calm mind, compassionate heart, and clarity of vision.

The grand finale came with Margadarshika 2025 – The Annual Global Career Fair, which brought together a constellation of career opportunities. Universities and institutions from across the globe interacted with students, helping them chart academic and career pathways.

Principal Dr. Sujata Sahu expressed gratitude to all the distinguished guests, resource persons, and participants, stating that Sambhṛti has truly become a confluence where imagination is nourished, careers are shaped, and the dreams of students are sustained.
