We are proud to share the remarkable achievement of our alumnus Apurwa Masook, Founder & CEO of Spacefields, who continues to make headlines in India’s deep-tech ecosystem.

Spacefields has successfully raised $5 million (₹42 crore) in Pre-Series A funding, led by Globaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and co-led by Rockstud Capital and Venture Catalysts++, with participation from Rainmatter by Zerodha, VC Grid, Burla Angel Investor Network, Faad Capital, SIDBI, o2 Angels Network, MeitY Startup Hub and others. This comes after the company’s earlier funding of $1.3 million in 2024 from leading investors such as Jamwant Ventures, HVB 88 Angels LLC, Samarthya Investment Advisors, and VINNERS.

At the heart of this milestone lies Spacefields’ vision to strengthen India’s technological sovereignty by advancing critical propulsion technologies. The company’s mission strongly resonates with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to build homegrown deep-tech capabilities, a message emphasized in his recent Independence Day address.

Speaking on the occasion, Apurwa Masook shared, “We have been fortunate to have earned the trust of a unique mix of investors, who resonate with our long-term vision of advancing sovereign capabilities in critical propulsion technologies. We are also delighted to partner with Globaz Technologies, whose strengths in systems engineering and production-scale supply chain complement our propulsion innovation.”
