Alok Mishra, Co-founder & CTO (Batch of 2004)

Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra graduated from NIT Rourkela and spent a couple of years at Mu Sigma, honing his analytical and problem-solving skills. In 2017, he co-founded wesense.ai, a real-time customer intelligence platform, with fellow DAV alumnus Alok Mishra. 

Through wesense.ai, I had the privilege of working with some of India's top retailers—including the Tata Group (Titan, CaratLane, William Penn, Metro Cash & Carry, and others)—to enhance in-store customer engagement.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they noticed a growing need for virtual sales engagements. While more meetings were moving online, the absence of a structured playbook for remote revenue teams especially sales teams led to low conversion rates. Determined to bridge this gap, they embarked on the journey of building Goodmeetings in 2020.

The platform is purpose-built for Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams, offering:
