From the Classrooms of DAV Chandrasekharpur to the Silver Screen – An Inspiring Alumni Journey

We are thrilled to share an inspiring moment of pride from our alumni community. Kumar Chologanga Dev Mohapatra, a proud member of the DAV Chandrasekharpur, Batch of 1998, is making his directorial debut with the Odia feature film “Ananta”, releasing in theatres on 12th June.

Based on a timeless tale by the legendary Fakir Mohan Senapati, Ananta promises to be a poignant and thought-provoking cinematic experience. The film delves into the rich cultural and emotional fabric of Odia literature, brought to life through Kumar’s lens and creative vision.

Sharing the news with his alma mater, Kumar expressed his heartfelt excitement:
