Milaap Challenger Trophy 2025

The Milaap Challenger Trophy, organised by DAVAA, unfolded with great energy and enthusiasm as alumni and students came together on the sports field for thrilling basketball and football encounters. The matches were marked by high spirits, healthy competition, and a shared love for the game, making the event a true celebration of camaraderie.

In basketball, the alumni team delivered a commanding performance, securing an emphatic 80–21 victory, while the football match turned into a closely fought contest, with alumni edging past the students 2–1. Beyond the scores, what truly stood out was the remarkable team spirit displayed by both sides, with players encouraging and supporting one another throughout.

One of the most heart-warming moments of the day was witnessed around the basketball match, when junior students sought blessings from the alumni players and their former coach, both before the tip-off and after the final whistle. This beautiful gesture perfectly captured the essence of Milaap: respect, gratitude, and the enduring bond between generations of the DAV family.
